Jim Craddock - jimc@gtnonline.org

Author, lecturer, pioneer in biblical counseling and founder of several successful ministries came to Christ through the ministry of The Navigators on Okinawa where he served as a nuclear weapons disposal technician. Following graduation from the University of Colorado, he joined Campus Crusade for Christ where he ministered to college students, speaking on over 50 campuses every year. In 1973, Jim founded Scope Ministries International, a ministry of biblical counseling. He has authored over 27 publications, including Pneumanetics and Be Transformed, which continue to be used by individuals, churches and biblical counseling centers. In 1986, Jim founded the International Association of Biblical Counselors to unite the discipline of Biblical Counseling. Following the Oklahoma City bombing, the events of “911” and natural disasters, Jim wrote a rapid response manual which was adopted by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association as the prototype for their own disaster relief efforts.
 

Jim’s latest endeavor as Founder and Executive Director of Global Training Network, a unique nonprofit, non-denominational training ministry designed to utilize biblical truth in the development of outreach and administrative programs which will enhance the Christian’s walk with Christ and their ministry for Christ.

Doris Craddock - dorisc@gtnonline.org

Doris has been married to Jim for 54 years, raised 5 children and has 13 grandchildren. Doris contributes her own vast repertoire of ministry skills and experience to GTN. She spent fifteen years on Campus Crusade for Christ staff. She was an intrical part of starting Scope Ministries International 34 years ago and currently serves as Director of Personnel and is a senior counselor. In addition, she teaches a weekly Bible study and is a retreat and conference speaker.

Christi Craddock - christic@gtnonline.org

As President of GTN, Christi provides a proven leadership ability having served five years as Director of International Affairs for Scope Ministries International. She ministered and served across the countries of Africa, India, Israel, Moldova and Mexico. During that time, she has also served as counselor, teacher and course facilitator at Scope. In addition, she has worked in the legal profession for over 23 years, and gained a unique and first-hand understanding of nonprofit management via her service with community organizations and board positions. Her experience also includes holding offices for the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants. Christi received her training through the Oklahoma City University’s legal assistant program.

Laurie Johnson
Laurie became a Christian as a young woman and served her Lord in a number of diverse venues. During the next twenty-four years of her life, Laurie became a wife and mother, a business woman as well as a registered nurse. Her greatest satisfaction has come through her ministry as an RN where she has served on various hospital staffs, as a supervisor, teaching LPN, home health, and teaching Nursing Assistants and Wellness Wisdom Worships.

Bob Ratzlaff
Born and raised in western Oklahoma Bob established a career in the Petroleum Industry as a Project Manager in design and build offshore oil and gas facilities worldwide. He has lived and worked in the Middle East, Asia, North and West Africa, New Zealand, Australia and the Gulf of Mexico for over 30 years. He has also served as an Elder for several Bible Churches. In addition, he served on the staff of Scope Ministries International as the Colorado Director where he trained and counseled pastors and lay people for the ministry. More recently he has returned to the Grand Lake area in Oklahoma to work with Global Training Network. Bob has been married to Janie for 46 years and together they have raised two children of their own plus eight more adopted/foster children.

Janie Ratzlaff
Janie began her traveling career at six months of age and by the time she was five has been in 48 states. After completing her education, she married Bob and continued her travels with him throughout the world. During her times overseas she helped establish mission Sunday Schools in the Middle East, leading ladies Bible Studies in the Far East and upon her return to the United States was active in the local church as a teacher and counselor. In spite of her many activities Janie was above all a mother to her many children. Janie counseled and served as a trainer with Scope Ministries International for 13 years. More recently she has worked within the medical community developing Wellness Wisdom Workshops for training professional and lay people in assessing body, soul and spirit in daily living. She joins her husband Bob as an integral part of the GTN Team.
